Hyena – Systemtools Hyena Provides Windows NT/2000, 2003
and 2008 administrators a single, centralized interface for system management
functions.

User Account Tools
ADModify – This is a great tool for modifying a large group of user account attributes at once. The link provides an overview and a download link to the app.

Active Directory Computers
OldCmp – Command line Active Directory query tool used to report on old computer accounts in Active Directory. Compiles reports into HTML, csv or DHTML file.

Account Lockout Tools – Account Lockout Tools is a set of tools that help in troubleshooting account lockouts. This is a great set of tools for providing more detail information on account lockouts and bad password attempts.

Group Policy
Group Policy Management Console – simplifies the management of Group Policy by making it easier to understand, deploy, manage, and troubleshoot Group Policy implementations. This is a great tool! I install this on all my Domain Controllers. It makes managing group policies so much easier.

Group Policy Inventory – Allows administrators to collect Group Policy and other information from any number of computers in their network by running multiple Resultant Set of User Policy (RSOP) or Windows Management Instrumentation (WMI) queries.

Replication
Repadmin – This command-line tool assists administrators in diagnosing replication problems between Windows domain controllers. This command line tool is part of the Windows Support Tools.

Other Tools
Active Directory Migration Tool – The Active Directory Migration Tool version 3.1 (ADMT v3.1) simplifies the process of migrating objects and restructuring tasks in an Active Directory® Domain Service (AD DS) environment.

Password Export Server 3.1 – The Password Export Server version 3.1 (PES v3.1), x64 package, enables password migrations during account migrations in an Active Directory Domain Services infrastructure.

Joeware Utilities – Great list of custom made Active Directory Tools. Some of these tools are Active Directory Commands compiled into a executable. Some of these tools have saved me time and frustration.

Active Directory Service Comparison Tool – Display differences between objects in Active Directory and Active Directory Snapshots, Restore attribute values from snapshots to Active Directory.

ADSI Edit – ADSI Edit lets you modify attributes that are not exposed through other Active Directory Microsoft Management Console. ADSI Edit stands for Active Directory® Service Interfaces Editor. This tool is part of the Windows Server 2003 support tools

Dsmod – Command line tool for modifying active directory objects. You can use this command in a script for making bulk changes. For example you disabling multiple user accounts at once.
